HelloNest, LLC was established in 2014 with a goal of providing the highest quality edible bird’s nests, a traditional Asian delicacy, to our North American customers.
Edible bird’s nest is highly coveted in the Asian culture due to its rarity and exquisite flavor. Often referred to as the “caviar of the East”, bird's nest is among the most expensive delicacies consumed by humans for over 400 years. In the past, bird's nest soup was reserved for royalty because of their rarity and rich nutrients.

As a seafaring bird, swiftlet has developed a special ability to absorb moisture from the ocean air and feed on only flying insects. The swiftlet's special diet combined with traces of multiple minerals from the sea cliffs where the nests are attached make the edible bird's nest truly unique. It is considered the crown jewel of the royal pantry, a super food due to its high content of protein, essential amino acids and minerals while low in calories and fat.
Hello Nest implements strict quality control measures to ensure that only the finest nests are delivered to our customers. Our bird's nests are 100% natural, and do not contain any chemical contaminants; we are one of a handful of Edible Bird’s Nest brands that are licensed and inspected by the USDA and US Fish & Wildlife Services.
To guarantee the highest quality, we buy our nests directly from small family-owned farms in Vietnam that employ environmentally friendly and sustainable practices. We then clean and package the nests at our facilities, which are registered with the FDA. By controlling for the quality of the ingredients, processing, and packaging of the final product, we are able to provide our customers with the highest quality bird's nests at substantial savings.

When buying edible bird’s nests, there are two main categories of consider: wild nests and house nests. The wild nests are harvested from sea cliffs, whereas the house nests come from man-made facilities built specifically for swiftlet nesting.
Majority of bird’s nests sold in the US are from Indonesia; our nests come from Vietnam (Click to see: Reviews of bird’s nest quality from leading experts)
One of our best products are the island nests, which are harvested from sea caves along the coasts of central Vietnam. These nests are superior to the Indonesian counterparts because of their purity which results from healthier native species of the swiftlets, which, thanks to the conservation regulations, is the result of the pristine environment they inhabit. These superior Vietnamese wild island nests have thicker and larger strands, which command a premium price. In comparison, due to over-harvesting and pollution, nests from Indonesia tend to be smaller, lacking in long strands, and often unable to withstand cooking.
We also sell house nests harvested from man-made wooden facilities built specifically for swiftlet nesting. These facilities are in central Vietnam and mimic natural sea cave conditions with carefully monitored and maintained humidity, light, and noise levels. In addition, workers are trained to prevent pests and predators from harming the birds.
Nutritiously delicious food for a healthy lifestyle, our bird's nest is the key to good mental and physical health!
